Chad Nosseck
Chad started Stumptown AI after spending more than 20 years watching the same pattern play out: big companies get every advantage while small businesses are left to figure things out on their own. With AI moving as fast as it is, he decided someone needed to bridge that gap — in plain English, at a price that actually makes sense for a small business.
His background is a little different from your typical AI consultant. Chad spent seven years as a Technical Advisor at Apple, built and ran his own tech concierge business serving hotel guests across New Orleans, and led customer service operations at companies like Shopzilla and Cooking.com — where he implemented one of the first automated call centers and grew the Net Promoter Score by 40% in under 14 months. He knows what it takes to make technology actually work for real people.
After completing his AI certification in early 2026, Chad brought all of that hands-on experience to Portland small businesses. His approach is simple: no jargon, no overselling, just practical solutions that save you time and make your business run better. He's based in Northwest Portland and loves working with local business owners face to face.
