With AI moving as fast as it is, he decided someone needed to bridge that gap — in plain English, at a price that actually makes sense for a small business.
His background is a little different from your typical AI consultant. Chad spent several years as a Technical Advisor at Apple, built and ran his own tech concierge business serving hotel guests across New Orleans, and led customer service operations at companies like Shopzilla and Cooking.com — where he implemented one of the first automated call centers and grew the Net Promoter Score by 40% in under 14 months.
After completing his AI certification in early 2026, Chad brought all of that hands-on experience to Portland small businesses. His approach is simple: no jargon, no overselling, just practical solutions that save you time and make your business run better.
